Just as we work on building our physical muscles, it is equally as important to build up our mental fitness muscles. This program comes with an app that includes a mental fitness gym to build up your mental fitness muscles. Brenda offers 8 week programs in a group setting, where you will learn more about your own saboteurs and build your sage to combat them.
